The feeling of being hippie is summed well by John Lennon

Imagine no possessions

I wonder if you can

No need for greed or hunger,

A brotherhood of man

Imagine all the people

Sharing all the world

Keeping this in mind, we would like to also mention Kathmandu, Nepal. The earthquake that devastated Nepal in 2015, also, destroyed the glory of the hippie era in Kathmandu. The hippy trail that promised its travelers cheap potent hash and was once the easy destination for the hippies, has been destroyed with just collective memories of aging beatniks.
